CrossFit Class:

Our CrossFit are tailored for those who are new and wanting to try CrossFit and those who have trained CrossFit for years. Our Classes are function fitness focused and constantly varied to increase your fitness level, strength and conditioning.

 

Barbell Club:

Our Barbell Club classes are designed to focus on improving any athletes lifting technique along with increasing their strength and confidence with moving the barbell for a snatch and clean and jerk (two common lifts seen in CrossFit WODS)

HYROX Class:

Our HYROX classes are designed to increase your engine when it comes to functional fitness and will have you working hard. Our HYROX Classes have been tailored to have you ready for your first HYROX Race or if your already a HYROX Athlete our programming has been designed for you to increase strength and speed to slash off time on your next HYROX.
